After Your Return:

Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, within 18 days of delivery.
No returns on worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.
Custom items and production orders are returnable only if defective.

Special Cases:
Cancellation:Orders cancelled within 3 hours of purchase and before preparation begins are refunded to the original payment method. After 3 hours, a 30% cancellation fee may apply because order preparation has begun. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.
Missing/Damaged Goods: Report within 7 days for a partial refund.
Lost Package: Full refund (including shipping) if not received.
