Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. You will normally receive your order within roughly 8–20 business days of placing it, depending on the destination and method (processing time + transit time).
1. Processing Time
We normally need 2–5 business days to prepare and dispatch your order after it is placed (holidays excluded). Large orders, or orders with a wide variety of items, may need an additional 2–3 days of preparation to ensure accurate, complete fulfillment.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
Transit time is counted from the date of dispatch (not the date of order) and may occasionally take longer due to an incorrect address, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru, Guatemala, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Chile.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hangzhou, China.
5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you the carrier and tracking number. You can track your parcel at https://www.17track.net using your tracking number, or contact our customer service team for help at [email protected].
6. Import Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your local customs authority. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions about duties or taxes for your country, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to help.
7. Order Preparation & Logistics Tips (for wholesale buyers)
Carriers charge based on the volume or weight of your products. If your order includes bulky items (such as bags, headbands, or cups), we recommend placing them in a separate order, or choosing a more economical method and ordering in advance. For small accessories, an express method such as DHL is a fast way to restock. For larger or more varied orders, please allow the extra preparation time noted above.
8. Pre-Sale Products
We usually ship in-stock and pre-sale items together. If you would like to receive part of your order earlier, contact our customer service team to arrange a split shipment. The first shipment uses the method you selected at checkout; any second shipment is sent by standard air freight, and any extra shipping cost arising from the split is covered by us.
9. Backorders
A backorder is an item that is temporarily out of stock; these can usually ship within 2–5 days. If we are unable to ship within that time, we will email you about the delay and give our best estimate of when the item will be ready.
10. Cancellations & Address Changes
Before shipping: Orders cancelled within 3 hours of purchase are refunded in full. After 3 hours, a 30% cancellation fee applies, as order preparation has begun. To change your delivery address before shipping, contact us and we will update it free of charge.
After shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. You may return items after delivery in line with our Return & Refund Policy; return shipping is paid by the customer. We normally cannot change the address after dispatch, but we can try to ask the carrier to redirect the parcel — this is not guaranteed, and any additional carrier charge is paid by the customer.
